The Greenhouse - ‘The starfish by the clocktower’ (short story)

I was thrilled to learn that my short story ‘The starfish by the clocktower’ was accepted by The Greenhouse for Volume 3, on the theme of ‘Transform’.

The Greenhouse is a beautiful magazine in Macclesfield, Cheshire, that combines writing with all kinds of fab artwork.

My story is told from the point of view of 12-year-old Jack, and explores religion, family, hospital, and Pokémon Go.

I’m really happy with how my work is presented, and I had a lovely evening performing at the launch at The Button Warehouse in Macclesfield.
