You’re Never Too Much - ‘Today is a good day’

After two of my poems were included in the landmark LGBTQ+ anthology He, She, They, Us from Pan Macmillan, I was delighted to be asked to also be part of You’re Never Too Much: Poems for Every Emotion.

My poem ‘Today is a good day’ uses urban nature - including geese! - to reflect on mental health and the small things that can really help, as well as acknowledging that there is a lot that we can’t understand and to show ourselves grace.
