Neurodivergent Poets Network with Manchester Poetry Library

I was really happy to be selected for the first cohort of the Neurodivergent Poets Network at Manchester Poetry Library.

As a small group, we would meet every week and write poems, chat, get to know each other, and make zines, like my little rainbow zine in the photo.

The Network really lives up to its name - it has allowed us to connect, stay in touch, and collaborate. Through the Network, I was invited to be part of the Rewriting Manchester project with The Portico Library. I also learnt that SINK Magazine was looking for submissions, and sent some poems that have since been accepted.

A number of us are also going to have a zine-making residency at The Poetry Library in Summer 2023, which I am really looking forward to.
