Giving Room Mag - ‘Fishtails’ and other poems

 I was delighted to have three poems - ‘Fishtails’, ‘Like Christmas’, and ‘Encore’ - and a fiction piece - ‘A starfish is rejected’ - published in Giving Room Mag, in the Queer Nostalgia issue in Summer 2021.

‘Fishtails’ is about being a Pisces, changing and staying the same. ‘Like Christmas’ is about food anxiety, but finding empowerment to break the cycle. ‘Encore’ is about music and queer role models.

‘A starfish is rejected’ is an abstract, under-sea fable with a message of hope and healing.
