Groups, workshops and facilitation
I really enjoy creating and leading writing workshops, and have done so both in person and via Zoom. I am comfortable working with beginners and more experienced writers, and particularly enjoy working with queer communities.
I have created bespoke workshops for Fatty Acid Queer Cabaret (on queer writing through nature and space imagery), Oldham Coliseum’s Pathways Group (on lighting our writing spark), and Durham Poetry Society (on finding magic in the mundane during lockdown). I also have a workshop upcoming with The Writing Squad, on urban nature writing.
